What to know before placing your first order.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQs are flexible and start as low as 50 units per style for private label orders, making it easier for emerging brands to launch without heavy upfront investment.

Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes, we always recommend a sample first. We produce a physical sample based on your design or reference so you can approve fit, fabric, and finish before full production begins.

Do you work with new or small businesses?

Absolutely. We work with startups, growing brands, wholesalers, and established businesses alike — our low MOQs are designed specifically to support new brands.

How do I place an order?

Share your design, tech pack, or reference images along with your quantity and timeline. Our team will guide you through consultation, sampling, and production step by step.

How we manufacture and quality-check your order.

How long does production take?

Typical turnaround is 15–30 days after sample approval, depending on order size, fabric availability, and complexity of design.

How do you ensure quality across large orders?

Every piece goes through a strict quality check process covering stitching, fabric consistency, and finishing, so your entire batch meets the same premium standard.

Will I get updates during production?

Yes, we provide transparent progress updates with photos or videos throughout the process, so you always know exactly where your order stands.

Can you handle repeat or recurring orders?

Yes, and returning clients get priority in production scheduling for faster turnaround and smoother operations on future orders.

Fabric & Design

Choosing materials and shaping your product.

Can I choose my own fabric?

Yes, you can select from our wide range of verified fabrics or supply your own specification. We also send free physical swatches so you can feel the material before committing.

I don't have a design yet — can you help?

Yes. Share a reference, mood board, or written description, and our design team will develop concepts with you and convert the final direction into a production-ready tech pack.

What branding and customization options are available?

We offer embroidery, DTF and screen printing, custom woven and printed labels, hang tags, and full private-label packaging to match your brand identity.

Is the design consultation free?

Yes, initial design and product consultation is free. Detailed tech pack development is included once you move forward with sampling and production.

Shipping & Payment

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we handle export packaging, customs clearance assistance, and fast global courier logistics delivered straight to your door, wherever your business is based.

How is my order packaged for shipping?

Orders are polybagged and packed retail-ready, with export-ready carton packing and labeling available for wholesale and bulk international shipments.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers and other standard international payment methods. Our team will share full payment terms and schedules once your order is confirmed.

Can I track my order once it's dispatched?

Yes, once your order is dispatched we share tracking details and courier information so you can monitor delivery until it reaches you.
